We offer curbside delivery, installation/assembly, and room-of-choice delivery options for US and Canada-based clients. For foreign customers, we also provide various shipping choices to help you select the best setup.
Warranty
If we can’t fix your machine, we’ll ship a replacement
While this process may be complex for us, we have figured out ways to stock parts and provide tech support for 10 years. That's part of our service. We don't want you saying "I bought this machine 3 years ago and they no longer make parts for it". We hear it all the time from customers' experiences with other companies. In the end, if we can't fix your machine, we ship a replacement.
Other companies offer varying warranties. Some advertise "lifetime" or even 10-year warranties, then once you read the fineprint, you’d find out it's 10 years on the frame, 3 years on electronics, 2 years on parts, 1 year on labor. In our professional opinion, such a warranty package only guarantees no more than 2-3 years on the product.
