2. COMPANY STRUCTURE AND SERVICE COORDINATION
2.1 TJF Ventures LLC d/b/a French Fitness. TJF Ventures LLC, doing business as "French Fitness," is responsible for all sales, order fulfillment, customer service, and e-commerce operations conducted through this Website.
2.2 National Gym Service (Service Coordinator). For installation, warranty, and maintenance services, we contract with National Gym Service LLC ("National Gym Service"), a California limited liability company and affiliated company under common ownership. National Gym Service coordinates, manages, and arranges for qualified third-party service providers and contractors to perform installation and warranty work on our behalf. When you purchase installation services or warranty coverage, your information will be shared with National Gym Service and the third-party service providers they engage, solely for the purpose of fulfilling those services.
3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
3.1 We sell fitness equipment from leading brands. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
3.2 We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and discontinue products at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
4.1 By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6.1.2 Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

7. WARRANTY

7.2 Extended warranty coverage is available for purchase. Warranty services are coordinated through National Gym Service LLC.
7.3 Warranty Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper assembly, commercial use of residential equipment, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
8. INSTALLATION SERVICES
8.1 Professional installation is available through National Gym Service LLC, our affiliated service coordinator. Installation services are performed by qualified third-party contractors vetted and managed by National Gym Service.
8.2 Installation pricing varies based on equipment type and location. Installation appointments will be scheduled after delivery is confirmed.
9. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING
9.1 By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from French Fitness regarding your orders, deliveries, and customer service inquiries.
9.2 Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required for purchase. Message frequency varies.
9.3 Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for assistance.
9.4 We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

The arbitration will be conducted in Solano County, California.
13.3 Class Action Waiver. YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Solano County, California.
