The French Fitness SM200 Silver Stairmill is designed for commercial gyms and training facilities that want effective vertical cardio without the joint impact associated with running or jumping-based machines. By delivering continuous stair climbing in a controlled format, it supports cardiovascular conditioning while remaining accessible to a wide range of users.
\\n
