A Dual Bicep Curl and Triceps machine is a practical solution for commercial gyms that want efficient arm training without adding multiple stations. The French Fitness Shasta Biceps Curl/Triceps Extension combines biceps curls and triceps extensions into a single selectorized unit, supporting focused upper-arm training in a compact footprint.
Designed for consistent performance, this Dual Bicep Curl and Triceps station uses a guided movement path to help users maintain proper positioning and controlled repetitions. The seated setup supports stable training mechanics, making the machine approachable for beginners while still effective for experienced lifters who want isolation work, finishing sets, or circuit-style programming.
Selectorized resistance allows fast weight changes between users, keeping workouts moving during peak gym hours. This makes it a strong fit for high-traffic strength floors, training studios, and facilities that rely on structured selectorized lines. By offering two core arm movements in one unit, it helps gyms increase training variety without sacrificing floor efficiency.
Built for commercial use, the machine features a heavy-duty steel frame and a durable silver powder-coat finish that resists wear and maintains a clean appearance over time. For facilities seeking reliable arm training equipment, this Dual Bicep Curl and Triceps machine delivers consistent performance and long-term value.
The following features define the French Fitness Shasta Biceps Curl / Triceps Extension as a dependable, space-efficient arm training machine.
Dual-Function Arm Training Design: Combines selectorized biceps curls and triceps extensions into a single compact machine, providing efficient arm isolation while reducing equipment redundancy and preserving valuable floor space in commercial facilities.
Commercial-Grade Steel Construction: Built from heavy-duty 11-gauge ASTM A36 steel, the rigid frame maintains structural alignment under load, resists flexing, and supports long-term durability in high-volume commercial training environments.
Selectorized Weight Stack System: Magnetic selector pin enables fast, secure resistance changes, delivering consistent 1:1 loading and smooth transitions between users during repeated arm training sessions.
Nylon-Coated Cable and Pulley Assembly: High-strength nylon PA cables paired with sealed-bearing fiberglass-reinforced pulleys provide smooth resistance, reduced friction, and reliable performance under frequent daily use.
Electrostatic Powder-Coated Finish: Durable silver powder coat protects the steel frame against corrosion, surface wear, and cosmetic damage, helping preserve appearance and performance in busy commercial gym settings.
